The event will take place at Ovation Hollywood Suite 201: 6801 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
You will enjoy over 1 hour of this immersive experience!
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes, you can interact with the performers - all interactions will be done in a creative in-world way.
Do I need to have watched all the Beetlejuice movies?
No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.
Are food and drink available?
Yes, food and beverage will be available to purchase at the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is accessible for deaf people. While soundscapes and sound effects play a role, there are also strong visual elements that help build the world of the experience.

Which ticket types should I buy if I have a disability?
For this event, you can purchase any category ticket as the experience is fully ADA compliant.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not utilize strobe lighting effects.
Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the event?
Feel free to take photos and share them with the hashtag #beetlejuiceafterlifeexperience. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and refrain from using your flash. Please note that equipment, such as light & selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms available at the venue.
Will coat check be available on site?
No, coat check will not be available.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the venue will be climate controlled.
Can I smoke or vape at the experience?
No, smoking or vaping is not allowed at the experience. However, you will be able to find designated smoking areas on the Ovation Hollywood campus.
Lost and found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Do I have a dress code?
There is no formal dress code, but we encourage you to dress up in attire inspired by the movie to enhance your experience and add to the fun!
Are strollers/ prams allowed?
Yes, they are allowed.
ACCESS
When should I arrive?
The experience will be 60-70 minutes long. We will open at the first session time, but we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time.
What happens if I arrive late?
We want to ensure you experience this event to the fullest. In order to do so, we encourage customers to please arrive at the venue before your start time outlined on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your ticket will remain valid but entry will be dependent on the space available in the next slot. Please note, that arriving late may result in an undefined waiting period before getting access to the experience.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not permitted at the venue.
Are service dogs allowed?
Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do children under 3 years old have to pay for the ticket?
Children under 3 receive free entry to the experience without tickets
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles. Guests can request a parking voucher at the entrance & exit to the experience. Cost will be $3 for 4 hours with the voucher. If guests pass the 4 hour mark, then it becomes $2.00 each 20 minutes, $6 an hour and $20.00 max.
Can a mobility scooter be used?
Yes, the motorized scooter may be used throughout the experience.
Will there be places for me to sit down in each room? Is it all step free?
There are not seating places in every room. The experience is mostly on foot.
The surface is flat throughout, with no stairs or elevation changes.
Is this suitable for pregnancy?
Yes, experience is suitable for pregnancy.
